I can't find my capture in my projects, how to find it?

Know the different reasons that may explain why your project is not visible

  • To retrieve an unexported capture that does not appear in your workspace, open the Visuary app and click the blue New Project button > Capture the property > Continue previous capture > Finalize capture > Save and Continue

As long as no new capture is started, the last one remains saved locally on your device. 

Warning: if you start a new capture without exporting the previous one, it will be overwritten and permanently lost.

  • If your plan still does not appear in your workspace, refresh the page to ensure the latest projects are properly loaded. Rafraichir

  • Check the account you are logged into on the app and on the other devices you use to access Visuary (computer, tablet). If you have multiple accounts, your capture may have been created under one account while you are trying to retrieve it from another.
    If this is the case, you can share the plan between accounts (be sure to log into your second account in incognito mode or on another device).
