How to subscribe to Visuary?

To subscribe to a plan, we recommend using a web browser rather than the Visuary app via the App Store. This way, you’ll benefit from more advantageous pricing by going through our website.

 

We offer two plans:

  • Monthly: no commitment, cancel anytime.
  • Yearly: a 12-month commitment starting from the subscription date.

Each plan is available for the following subscription types: PLUS, PRO, and ENTERPRISE.

 

Subscribe to a plan

Here is the process to subscribe:

  1. Log in to your Visuary account on a web browser.

  2. Click the building icon at the top right of your screen, then click “Subscribe.”

  3. At the top of the page, choose Monthly or Yearly, as well as Excl. Tax (HT) or Incl. Tax (TTC).

  4. You can then select your subscription (PLUS or PRO) based on your needs by clicking “Subscribe.”

  5. You will then be redirected to the payment page, where you can enter your payment information.

 

Update your payment information

If you would like to update your billing details so that subscription payments are charged to a different card, here’s how to proceed:

  1. Click the building icon at the top right of your screen, then select “Manage my subscription.”

  2. Under “Payment method,” click “+ Add a payment method” to enter your new billing information.

  3. Click “Add” to confirm the change.

You can then delete your previous payment method by clicking the three small dots to the right of the billing details.
