# How to add another Visuary user to your workspace ?
If you’d like to invite a collaborator to your workspace, you can do so directly from the **Members** section.
There are **4 roles** available on Visuary:
- Account owner: The owner has full access, including billing.
- Administrator: Has all permissions except billing.
- Editor: Can modify plans and estimates.
- Viewer: Has access to the plans but cannot edit them.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. From your workspace home page, click on the **“building” icon** at the top right, then select **Settings**.
2. Click on **Members** on the left side of your screen.
3. Click the **Add a user** button, then **enter the information of the user** you want to add to the workspace.
4. **Assign a** **Role** to the user to define their level of access.
If no role is assigned, the user will **not have access** to the workspace. Make sure to give them a role to activate their access.
If you didn’t assign a role when adding the user, you can do it afterward by clicking on the three dots, selecting **Edit**, and then clicking **OK** to confirm.
