How to add another Visuary user to your workspace ?

If you’d like to invite a collaborator to your workspace, you can do so directly from the Members section.

There are 4 roles available on Visuary:

  • Account owner: The owner has full access, including billing.

  • Administrator: Has all permissions except billing.

  • Editor: Can modify plans and estimates.

  • Viewer: Has access to the plans but cannot edit them.

 

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. From your workspace home page, click on the “building” icon at the top right, then select Settings.
  2. Click on Members on the left side of your screen.
  3. Click the Add a user button, then enter the information of the user you want to add to the workspace.
  4. Assign a Role to the user to define their level of access.

 

If no role is assigned, the user will not have access to the workspace. Make sure to give them a role to activate their access.

If you didn’t assign a role when adding the user, you can do it afterward by clicking on the three dots, selecting Edit, and then clicking OK to confirm.
