How to add another Visuary user to your workspace ?
If you’d like to invite a collaborator to your workspace, you can do so directly from the Members section.

There are 4 roles available on Visuary:

Account owner: The owner has full access, including billing.

Administrator: Has all permissions except billing.

Editor: Can modify plans and estimates.
- Viewer: Has access to the plans but cannot edit them.
Here are the steps to follow:
- From your workspace home page, click on the “building” icon at the top right, then select Settings.
- Click on Members on the left side of your screen.
- Click the Add a user button, then enter the information of the user you want to add to the workspace.
- Assign a Role to the user to define their level of access.
If no role is assigned, the user will not have access to the workspace. Make sure to give them a role to activate their access.
If you didn’t assign a role when adding the user, you can do it afterward by clicking on the three dots, selecting Edit, and then clicking OK to confirm.
