What are the quantities?

Understand the concept and details of your quantities

The quantities for your project can be accessed from the Quantities tab, located at the top right of your page.

To view the quantities for your current plan, go to the Current tab.
To view those for your renovated plan, select the Renovated tab.

Quantities are automatically updated based on any modifications made to your plan (current and/or renovated).

What information is available in the Quantities tab?

  • Total area (in square meters)
    This refers to the floor area, not the habitable area. Low ceilings are not included in this value but are considered in the detailed surface areas by room on your plan. 

If you have performed a capture and then modified your existing plan in the tool, the displayed surface area will reflect these changes. 

  • Plaster walls (in linear meters)
    The total length of plaster walls, categorized by type (50mm, 72mm, etc.).

  • Products
    A list of all equipment present in your plan, room by room, including quantities and selected options/finishes.

  • Floor coverings
    Details of the floor coverings used, their quantities (in m²), and their placement on the plan.

  • Wall coverings
    Quantities and locations of wall coverings (tiles, paint, etc.).

 

How to calculate the amount of paint needed? 👉 It is estimated that 1L of high-quality paint covers approximately 10m² of surface area.

What is the difference between quantities and the quote?

  • Quantities reflect the total amount of elements present in your plan (current or renovated).
  • The quote, however, only considers elements that have been added, removed, moved, or modified in your renovated plan compared to your current plan. It also includes the necessary services for your project (demolition, installation, leveling, etc.).
